In this class we focus on developing the strength, range of motion, and control needed to help you excel in your sport(s) or day to day life. With the use of fun and challenging methods, you’ll learn about and improve upon your body’s current physical capabilities. This class is for all skill levels. Whether you are brand new to fitness or an experienced athlete, we would love to have you join us.
